Novotel Sydney West HQ

I booked the room for my friends from overseas they stayed for 10 nights and they did enjoyed everything the room were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good but most of all their great customer services! MEL the assistant manager was fantastic helping with everything we asked for! A huge thank you to you! Also a big thank you to the manager Andrew for helping us when we were trying to find our friend passport. Thank you to everyone and also to the house keeping for making our staying enjoyable! The entire experience was great, the staff were very helpful, check in was a breeze, the room was a great size and the bed was amazing. Right next to the club for convenience.

Hotel was good and staff very accomodating but the property is a bit of a distance away from things. West HQ club is next door but on a Tuesday night there was only one eating place open and a basic bar. We went back to hotel and had a nice meal and cocktail there. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel is a good choice if you are in the area for a reason maybe sports or business

Staff at the main desk were very polite and extremely helpful. Plenty of free parking outside. The room itself was very clean and a very good size. Showers were lovely and hot, the bathroom was well set out. Beds were comfortable and a selection of comfy pillows. Air con worked well and tv had many channels to watch. We had dinner in the evening and my husband stated it was the best steak he’d ever had , and believe me, hubby is hard to please. Breakfast in the morning was good. A nice selection, even for a fussy 6 yr old. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again .

Great staff, always friendly & welcoming. This is our 2nd stay here. A few days ago, we were in the room directly opposite the one we stayed in. This room looked almost identical. There were plenty of power outlets for devices. It's a decent sized room. I just wish there were at least two chairs at the writing table. There is a laundry facility which is handy. We used the iron this time round- typical iron and board. TV was a decent size with plenty of options. It's also casting capable. The beds are cosy and spacious. There is a phone in there where you can dial out to reception, etc. There were complimentary bottles of water and sodas in the mini fridge. It was very pleasant. There's also a hot drink station where you can make coffee & have a choice of teas. There's also an in-room safe if you need it. Carpark is not far from the door - this is great!
